Opportunity Overview:

Quality Dental Care is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our in-person team in Somerville, New Jersey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who wants to deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven care while working with modern dental technology and a broad range of restorative, cosmetic, preventive, and implant cases. What You Will Do:

• Deliver exceptional preventive, diagnostic, restorative, and cosmetic dental care tailored to each patient’s oral health needs and treatment goals.
• Diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans that may include crowns, dentures, root canals, dental implants, Invisalign, fluoride treatments, and other general dentistry services.
• Perform examinations, interpret digital X-rays, and communicate findings in a compassionate, understandable manner that helps patients feel confident in their care decisions.
• Collaborate closely with chairside assistants and the clinical team to maintain efficient workflows, excellent infection-control practices, and a welcoming patient experience.
• Build long-term patient relationships through clinical excellence, thoughtful education, and a commitment to comfortable, high-quality dentistry.

Required Qualifications:

• You hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program.
• You have an active dental license in New Jersey, or are eligible to obtain licensure before beginning employment.
• You bring strong general dentistry skills and confidence diagnosing and treating common restorative and preventive dental needs.
• You communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, helping them understand treatment options and feel at ease.
• You are committed to ethical, detail-oriented clinical care and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Clinical Skills:

• Experience with crowns, dentures, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, or implant dentistry will help you contribute across a broad range of patient needs.
• Familiarity with Invisalign treatment planning, iTero scanning, nitrous oxide, digital X-rays, and dental implants is valued.
• Experience working efficiently with expanded-function dental assistants and four-handed dentistry is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with 1-3 years of experience are welcome to apply
• If mutually suitable, willing to train and may lead to future sale of the office

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is listed at $100 to $110 hourly
• Benefits include sick leave and holiday pay.
