Job Title: Team Lead – US Recruitment (Non IT)

Shift: Night Shift (EST/CST Hours)

About the Role:

We are expanding our US Recruitment Division and looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for Non IT staffing requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets
• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements — from sourcing to onboarding
• Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication, and cultural fitment
• Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain strong pipeline management
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures
• Track team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share updates with management
• Train and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trends
• Drive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly team goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment with team handling exposure
• Strong domain knowledge in Non IT.
• Experience with VMS / MSP preferred
• Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven night shift environment (EST/CST)
• Self-motivated, committed team player with a positive attitude
