Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist to work on a full-time basis. This role involves analyzing operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives to assess their impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
