A growing photonics company is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help build and scale its quality function across next-generation optical products for AI, data centre and HPC applications.
This is a hands-on role covering Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality and Supplier Quality. Working closely with engineering, operations, suppliers and external manufacturing partners, you’ll help build and scale the company’s quality infrastructure as it continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:Lead ISO certification and quality management systemsDrive manufacturing quality, yield and product reliabilityManage Supplier Quality, audits, qualification and SCARsLead RCA, CAPA and non-conformance investigationsDevelop FMEA, Quality Control Plans and SPCTrack and improve key quality metrics
What we’re looking for:5+ years' Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging or photonicsStrong Quality Systems / ISO experienceSupplier Quality and subcontractor management experienceExperience with SPC, FMEA, xzbcwsv 8D, 5-Why and Gage R&ROptical transceiver experience is highly preferreds
