Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive pricing.
• Manage property listings, including marketing and advertising.
• Schedule and conduct property viewing an inspections.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
• prepare sales reports and provide updates.

Key Skills:

• Graduate/post graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG/PROPERTY/PHARMA/AUTOMOBILE/BANKING/INSURANCE sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
