The Role You work with the business sponsor and executive stakeholders to understand the business objectives and how they translate into the necessary actions for the various work streams. You will proactively manage the project plan, risk mitigation, escalation of issues and ensure your people are fully engaged in the transformation. About you You have the experience and aptitude to work closely with clients and get the best of people on the project team and from other stakeholders. You have the people skills to guide and mentor the client's staff so they can gain valuable insight.
