Job Description JOB PURPOSE Collect laundry from guests rooms and deposit it with the Laundry Department for washing or dry cleaning. Sort out, mark and pack all guests’ laundry items and return washed / dry cleaned items correctly and in accordance with the prescribed standards and deliver to the correct room. EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT Responsible for zero defect in guest garments and creating ‘wow’ factor by meeting all the guest preference for Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing. KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Ensure that the billing of guests’ laundry and dry cleaning is done accurately.
