Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high standards of food quality and plate presentation
• Utilizing knife skills to prepare sushi ingredients
• Managing portion control and food cost

Required Skills:

• Experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
• Proficiency in wok, broiling, sautéing, and fryer techniques
• Knowledge of pastry making, soup making, and sauce making
• Ability to handle salads, grilling, and prep work efficiently
• Strong understanding of food cost management and portion control

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Japanese cuisine
