Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Specialist who will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting processes
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST, etc.)
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and dashboards
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
- Experience with tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
