Job Title: MEP Design & Modeller

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Fire Fighting) in Revit MEP per project LOD requirements and client BIM standards.

• Prepare and modify 2D MEP drawings and technical specifications in AutoCAD MEP.

• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, resolving MEP-to-structure and MEP-to-MEP clashes.

• Prepare IFC, Fabrication, and Shop Drawings.

• Collaborate remotely with architects, structural engineers, and stakeholders across US/UK/UAE time zones on design reviews, client meetings, and value engineering.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC, BS/CIBSE, UAE local authority requirements as applicable).

• Provide technical support during project execution and maintain drawing registers/issue logs.

• Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and basic project budgeting from MEP model data.

• Manage multiple project deadlines independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

• 2–4 years (Engineer) / 4–6 years (Senior Engineer) of relevant MEP design and modelling experience.

• Proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) , AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks; BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

• Prior experience on US, UK, or UAE projects strongly preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Design & Modelling Engineer to work remotely on international construction projects across the USA, UK, and UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP, working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks, and a solid grounding in MEP design & modelling . Prior exposure to international codes and projects is a strong advantage and is preferred,as is interest in expanding into MEP estimation and cost analysis.

• Strong analytical and coordination skills, with good written/verbal English for direct client interaction.

• Ability to work independently and manage time zone overlaps with international teams.
