Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop preconstruction strategies. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all preconstruction activities. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align on project goals. Support contract negotiations and budget finalization.
