Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Staff role based in Mahasamund, supporting NICU, PICU, and ICU units. The nursing professional will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams, responding to emergencies, implementing care plans, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves educating patients' families, offering emotional support, and promoting a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Qualifications - BSc Nursing/ GNM / ANM / CCT ( Critical Care technologiest) / any other Nursing Degree or Diploma Strong Nursing and Medicine knowledge, with experience or interest in NICU, PICU, or ICU care. Proficiency in Patient Care and Caregiving, with the ability to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical support. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and interacting with patients and families. Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B. Sc. Nursing) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council. Experience in critical care or pediatric/neo-natal settings is preferred, along with familiarity with monitoring equipment and emergency protocols. Ability to work in shifts, manage high-pressure situations, and follow hospital policies, hygiene standards, and documentation requirements. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical and non-discriminatory patient care practices.
