Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s advertising and marketing services. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are met, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay Scale: 15 K per month
