Job Title: Sales Officer Building materials

Salary: Minimum 23 K PM to maximum 40 K PM + TA + DA + Incentive

Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets for Building materials/ steel / TMT bars in the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and dealers, expanding the customer base, developing relationships with builders, contractors, and retailers, and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).
• Manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
• Appoint new channel partners and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate business.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, and influencers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections, stock availability, and order execution.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline .
• Minimum 25 years of experience in TMT, Steel, Cement, or Building Materials sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and channel sales skills.
• Knowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.
