We're hiring: Customer Service Representative

Are you a great communicator who enjoys talking to people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to connect with potential customers, answer their queries, and guide them through our services.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with assigned leads.
• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups.
• Learn about the industry through training and apply the knowledge while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
• Confident and professional on calls.
• Quick learner and willing to undergo training.
• Basic computer skills.

Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2.0 LPA

Location: Hadapsar, Pune
