SALES SPECIALIST – CINCINNATI, OH - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY $80K Base + Commission Company Vehicle | Company Phone | Company Computer | Company Credit Card An established manufacturer of industrial material handling solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist - Overhead Cranes to support continued growth throughout the Cincinnati market. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional with industrial equipment experience, technical aptitude, and a strong customer-focused approach to take ownership of a territory and help customers find the right equipment solutions. Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth for standard overhead cranes within your territory • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions • Prepare pricing proposals and manage opportunities through the sales process • Conduct customer visits and evaluate crane applications and installation requirements • Follow up on quotes, projects, and sales opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales pipeline information • Develop sales plans, goals, and strategies for territory growth • Monitor market and competitor activity and identify new opportunities • Participate in sales meetings, training, and business planning Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment is required • Overhead crane/material handling experience is required • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote/territory-based role • Must live in the Cincinnati area • Strong computer and CRM skills • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory • Ability and willingness to work at heights when required • Bachelor’s degree preferred If you're a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys technical products, customer interaction, and growing a territory, apply today!
