The Role

We’re looking for a smart, highly organized, and relentlessly reliable Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team.

You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter.

What you’ll do

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from initial interview through offer

• Communicate directly with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Keep our hiring pipeline moving and make sure next steps happen quickly

• Keep Ashby and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date

• Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly

• Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track

• Improve and automate recruiting workflows as we scale

• Take ownership of whatever needs to get done to keep hiring moving

Experience

Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required. We’re open to exceptional early-career candidates who are smart, organized, fast, and highly reliable . We care more about your ability to learn and execute than your years of experience.
