Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Sales & Support)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Executive who can handle inbound sales queries and resolve customer issues independently, without requiring escalation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills across calls, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving customer queries end-to-end
• Provide accurate product/service information and convert inbound leads into sales
• Understand customer problems and provide solutions independently without escalating
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ticketing system
• Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales and query resolution
• Coordinate with the team lead to maintain SLA compliance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service/inbound sales (BPO, telecom, e-commerce, banking, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability - capable of resolving issues independently
• Sales-driven mindset with proven target-achievement experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ticketing tools
• Patience and strong customer-handling skills, especially in difficult situations
• Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in inbound sales/telecalling
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple tools/systems
• Experience in conflict resolution
