Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Remote

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Compensation: 100% Target / Performance-Based Incentives

No Fixed Salary Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Generate leads through calling, Linked In, email, Whats App and other channels

• Pitch and sell IT Services, Software Solutions & Digital Marketing Services

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into clients

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
