Temp to Hire $20-$21 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and monitor injection molding machines while ensuring quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will inspect finished parts, complete production documentation, and support a clean and organized manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines to produce parts according to work orders. Inspect, trim, and package molded products to quality standards. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate production status and issues during shift changes. Report quality concerns, defects, or machine problems to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. Follow all company quality, safety
