About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring financial modules, driving end-to-end implementations, and providing functional leadership across finance transformation initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial processes, Oracle Fusion applications, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient financial solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and support activities across multiple projects.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Design enterprise finance solutions covering Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents, Business Requirement Documents, and Functional Specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting requirements, and custom developments.
• Support data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle data loading tools.
• Perform and support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Work closely with Oracle Support to resolve Service Requests (SRs) and application-related issues.
• Develop reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, technical consultants, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and system performance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Subledger Accounting modules.
• Experience in Financial Services Management (FSM) setup and enterprise structure configuration.
• Strong understanding of chart of accounts design, accounting principles, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience supporting business process analysis, solution design, and functional consulting activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Experience working with data conversions, integrations, and interface design.
• Familiarity with FBDI and ADFDI tools for data migration and bulk data uploads.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and cloud deployment best practices.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional workshops with business users.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification will be an added advantage.
