Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Fairwood Golf and Country Club in Renton, Washington. This role will oversee daily food and beverage a la carte service in multiple outlets with assistance in directing catering and member events. This position's responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating with the kitchen, monitoring inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The manager handles member and guest inquiries, supports special events and tournaments, and works closely with leadership on menu offerings and promotions. The role also involves tracking budgets, controlling costs, training team members, and implementing service standards that align with club policies. Qualifications Strong background in Food Service and Food comfortable interacting with members, guests, and team members. Club experience is a boon Experience with Point of Sale programming and operations is absolutely necessary. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations. The position's workweek standard will be Wednesday-Sudnay Relevant education or certifications in hospitality management, business, or related fields are a plus but not required. Salary is $92,000-$102,000 Depending on Experience Medical, dental and vision benefits are included
