Network System Engineer

We are looking for a Network & Systems Engineer to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the organization’s network and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and network resources.
• Perform system backups, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, system documentation, and technical records.
• Implement and maintain basic network security controls.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network/system administration or a related role.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant certification is a plus.
