Job Description – Senior Professional – Debt Syndication

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional – Debt Syndication to manage and drive the company’s debt-raising and financial structuring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong banking background with extensive experience in corporate lending, debt syndication, structured finance, and relationship management with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead debt syndication, fundraising, and financing transactions for real estate projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors.

Identify suitable funding opportunities and negotiate competitive financing terms.

Manage end-to-end debt transactions, including term sheets, financial due diligence, documentation, and closure.

Prepare and review financial models, funding proposals, credit notes, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal finance, legal, projects, and management teams for timely execution.

Monitor existing debt facilities, repayment schedules, covenants, and refinancing opportunities.

Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

✨ 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a banking background.

✨ Strong exposure to debt syndication, corporate finance, structured finance, and real estate financing.

✨ Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
