Manage reservations and chauffeurs for limousine companies in the United States, from our office in Lahore Cantt.

Our limo clients serve corporate travelers, airport passengers and VIPs across the United States. As a limo dispatcher, you take reservations in the company's name, assign chauffeurs and track flights so every ride runs on time.

Accuracy and a polished phone manner matter most. We train you on LimoAnywhere and each client's rules.

What you will do:

• Answer reservation calls in the limo company's name with a polished, professional manner.
• Enter bookings and changes in software such as LimoAnywhere and Moovs.
• Assign chauffeurs and vehicles, and confirm every trip with them.
• Track flights for airport pickups and adjust for delays.
• Keep passengers and corporate accounts updated, and handle changes and complaints.
• Coordinate with partner companies when a ride needs to be passed on.

Requirement:

good English communication skills. Training is provided.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, on US time. On-site at our office in Lahore Cantt. Walk-in interviews Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
