Job Description for Technology Principal, Compliance, Legal & People Strategic partner to Legal / Compliance / HR leadership in a HIPAA-regulated environment ● Owns a 12–24 month risk and technology maturity roadmap — translates HIPAA/regulatory exposure into a business narrative ELT can act on ● Independent point of view on where AI helps (policy management, compliance monitoring, HR ops) vs. where it introduces risk — can defend that judgment to legal counsel ● Delivers ELT-ready risk narratives with named precedent and specific past resolution, not generalized "leadership team" framing ● Follows issues through resolution (BAA gaps, contract disputes) — visible ownership past the legal handoff ● Success = risk posture measurably improved against a plan they set, communicated in business terms, not compliance jargon Shift Timings - 9:00PM to 5:00AM Mode of Work - Work from Office
