Diesel Mechanic

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles, equipment, or machineryDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues accurately and efficientlyUse diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical resources to troubleshoot problemsReplace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentEnsure all work meets safety standards and complies with company and industry regulationsKeep work areas organized, clean, and safeCommunicate repair needs, timelines, and costs with supervisorsStay current with new technology, tools, and repair methods

RequirementsThe minimum work week to consist of Monday-FridayNormal hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMAdditional hours may be required at times to meet deadlinesPrevious xzbcwsv experience as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or similar roleHands-on experience diagnosing and repairing forklifts is requiredStrong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical and electrical componentsAbility to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently
