As the Registrar at Riphah International University, you lead the academic records and regulatory compliance functions, ensuring the institution upholds the highest standards of educational administration. You manage a comprehensive Student Information System and oversee student registration processes, examination management, and academic audits. With over 15 years of experience in higher education. Your expertise supports the university’s mission to deliver quality education and achieve excellent rankings in academic evaluations. In this senior leadership role, you collaborate closely with academic departments and administrative units to oversee all aspects related to student records, examination administration, and compliance with Higher Education Commission regulations. You drive continuous improvements in academic management systems and processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy across all student and examination data. Your role involves strategic planning, policy development, and quality assurance to position the university competitively within national and international educational standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Education Administration/Management (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Higher Education sector.
• At least 5 years' experience as Registrar in an HEC-recognized university/institution (preferred).
• Knowledge of academic audits, institutional performance evaluation and QS ranking standards will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student registration, records and examination processes.
• Ensure compliance with HEC and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage academic calendars, convocations, and degree certifications.
• Collaborate with Deans, Directors and Academic Heads on curriculum implementation.
• Lead and mentor staff within the Registrar's Office, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
