Role Overview

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter  who can actively market consultants, generate submissions, and drive placements in the US staffing market.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience in bench sales / consultant marketing
• Can work with vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients
• Understands the speed and competitiveness of the C2C market

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients
• Actively source and identify new requirements through job portals and vendor networks
• Submit consultants quickly and follow up aggressively for feedback
• Maintain and build strong relationships with recruiters and vendors
• Negotiate rates and manage end-to-end submission lifecycle
• Track submissions, interviews, and closures
• Ensure consistent daily submission targets are met

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
• Strong experience with C2C / W2 / C2H roles
• Proven track record of high submission numbers and closures
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Strong vendor network and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience working with prime vendors / direct clients
• Strong understanding of rate negotiations and market trends
• Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously
