Position OverviewGreen Key Resources is seeking an experienced agency recruitment professional to join our growing team.
Green Key is an established national staffing firm with specialized practices across Finance & Accounting, AEC, Technology, Professional Services, Legal, and Life Sciences. While experience in these sectors is preferred, we are open to recruiters from various agency backgrounds
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, financially motivated, and excited by the opportunity to influence growth strategy while maintaining a successful desk.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and source candidates with in your given market space. Opportunity for perm or temp.Drive business efforts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mappingRecruit, source, and qualify top talent for client opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing toolsEvaluate specialized skill sets and match candidates to client hiring needsDevelop creative strategies to engage both active and passive candidatesServe as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, compensation, and workforce planningCollaborate with leadership on office growth initiatives, recruiting strategy, and market expansion opportunitiesContinue billing while contributing to the development and long-term success of the division

QualificationsBachelor's degree required1+ years of agency recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience8+ years preferred for senior-level considerationProven success in a 360 recruiting or client-facing sales environmentStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build, grow, and exceed goalsIndustry expertise in Professional Services, Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR
