Sales Support Coordinator

The North America Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative, logistical, and customer support to the sales organization. This position will coordinate product samples, manage shipping and inventory, support showroom operations, respond to sales and customer requests, and help maintain accurate Salesforce records.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product and finish sample orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory.Manage shipping and receiving, including FedEx shipments, tracking information, and delivery confirmations.Maintain an organized, customer-ready showroom and assist with hospitality for visits and presentations.Support Territory Managers with pricing, shipping, product information, samples, and marketing materials.Assist with Salesforce data entry, account maintenance, and general sales administration.Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, customer-focused manner.
