Job Description Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement efforts. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel. Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Provide regular progress updates and financial reporting to leadership. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing ground-up K-12, higher education, and/or municipal projects . Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project financials. Experience managing public-sector projects preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
