Sales Engineer (Industrial Plastics) £35,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (£50-£60k OTE) + Company Car + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Company Benefits West Midlands/South West (Field-Based) Are you a Sales Executive with a background in industrial plastics or similar, looking to join an established international manufacturer offering strong earning potential and long-term progression? You will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a range of industrial sectors, providing tailored polyurethane and engineering plastics solutions to customers operating within recycling, quarrying, mining, bulk handling and manufacturing environments. The company is a respected international manufacturer specialising in advanced polyurethane and engineering plastic products. With continued growth across the UK market, they offer a stable platform, technical development and excellent earning potential. This role would suit a Sales Engineer with experience in industrial products or solutions, looking to maximise earnings and take ownership of their territory.
