About the Opportunity

A fast-growing fintech product company is looking for a Regional GTM & Partnerships Manager to support its expansion across the MENA/GCC region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding new markets, identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and translating market insights into successful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research across MENA/GCC countries.
• Study country-specific regulations, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and emerging business trends.
• Research and build relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Manage partnerships from identification and onboarding through enablement and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams.
• Convert research findings into actionable product, partnership, and GTM recommendations.
• Support GTM execution for new products and regional initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Partnerships, GTM, FinTech, BFSI, Payments, or related domains.
• Prior experience in market/business research is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong interest in FinTech, Payments, Compliance, or Technology ecosystems is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates from FinTech, Payments, Banking, SaaS, RegTech, Digital Banking, or Technology startups will be preferred.

Compensation
