Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹29,000 per month + performance-based incentives

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable with outbound calling.

In this role, you will connect with our existing customers, inform them about ongoing offers, assist them with placing orders, and help resolve their queries.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to existing customers

Inform customers about ongoing offers and products

Assist customers with placing orders

Handle queries related to orders, returns, and exchanges

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

What we're looking for

Comfortable and confident with outbound calling

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

Comfortable handling customer queries

Experience in calling, sales, or customer service is a plus

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
