Studio Kite is an independent design studio based in Surat, Gujarat. We partner with brands and businesses to help them communicate effectively through contextual and functional designs. Branding, graphic, UI, UX.

Skills & qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency (Must): Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Typography, Colour Theory, Layout, Design Principles.
• Proven experience in graphic design industry with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work as an individual as well as a team, take ownership/leadership of work.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with other team members or clients for a wide range of work that may include brand design, editorial design, publication design, UI/UX design for apps/web/products, digital/social media design, print media design, packaging design and more.
• Translate strategic direction and ideas into high-quality design within set guideline and time-bound manner.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
• Create a detailed brand guideline for brand's online and offline presence.

Brownie points:

• Knowledge of UI/UX design and Figma
• Knowledge of motion design using Adobe After Effects
• Video/photo editing skills
• 3D design
