Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor support requests, document issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Track, document, and manage support tickets until closure. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective communication. Contribute to improving support processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic technical understanding of websites, software applications, or digital products. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Experience in customer support, BPO, IT, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Requirements Must be willing to work Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST). Must be able to work from the Vadodara office. Comfortable interacting with international clients. Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
