CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Travel Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing services to adult and senior patients. In this mobile role, you will complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
