Role - Vice President Program Management (RWA Capital Management)

Exp - 10+ years

Minimum 10+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking, with focus on Asset-Backed Lending, Structured Finance, or Capital Markets Deep understanding of RWA optimization frameworks, Basel III/IV capital requirements, and regulatory capital management strategies Proven expertise in Asset-Backed Lending products including securitization structures, collateral management, and credit risk assessment Experience managing financial resource optimization initiatives including balance sheet optimization and capital allocation programs Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall); PMP or Prince2 certification preferred Experience in managing full E2 E project delivery, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners Sound understanding of standard financial products including Cash Equity, Bonds, Vanilla Derivatives, and Trade Life Cycle; CFA/FRM certification will be preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex business processes and quantify financial benefits Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; Power BI proficiency will be preferred Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Share Point for program documentation and tracking Flexibility and adaptability – effectively manages changing plans, domains, and priorities; remains open and flexible when faced with changing project constraints and timelines Ability to deal comfortably with ambiguity – stays on target to complete goals regardless of obstacles or adverse circumstances
