Account Management Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating, problem-solving, and ensuring client happiness while gaining hands-on experience in managing accounts for digital campaigns - plus, being part of exciting on-ground shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in day-to-day account management for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work.
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Support in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct basic industry and competitor research to aid in strategy discussions.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of on-ground and studio shoots.

Eligibility:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be on-ground during shoots and assist with execution.
