Senior Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Miami-based Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with the broader Marketing department while partnering with Recruiting and Advisor Experience to translate business priorities into coordinated Marketing initiatives. The role spans three strategic areas: Marketing Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Experience supporting senior executives and operating effectively across multiple levels and functions of an organization Advanced PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Proficient in Excel for data organization, reporting, and dashboards Strong understanding of information hierarchy, presentation design, and data visualization Working knowledge of CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce ecosystem preferred) Familiarity with digital marketing, email, social, and web/content tools Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva and AI-enabled Marketing tools (design expertise not required) Key Competencies Marketing Generalist Judgment — connects business needs to the right Marketing capability, and knows when to execute directly vs. loop in a specialist Presentation proactive and self-motivated within a highly collaborative team Working Conditions Miami-based, in-office role with occasional travel to other offices, events, conferences, and advisor activities Comfortable with hands-on, on-site support — advisor meetings, event setup, inventory management Some events may require availability outside standard business hours
