Sales Manager (Reactive)

At BlueSky Hospitality Solutions , you'll help drive revenue for a portfolio of leading hotels across the United States, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG . As a Sales Manager (Reactive) , you'll manage inbound sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert business inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional hospitality.

• Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Manage corporate accounts and respond to group, corporate, and meeting inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and secure contracts to maximize hotel revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion reports, and market trends to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and hotel sales systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, MICE, or Group Sales.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other branded hotels is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Opera, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
