Injection molding operator

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines as per SOP and process parameters. Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and moulding defects. Support mould change, machine setup, trials, and preventive maintenance activities. Monitor production, quality, rejection, and machine downtime. Maintain production records and follow cleanroom procedures. Follow safety, 5 S, GMP/quality requirements and maintain good housekeeping. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool & Die or related discipline. CIPET Diploma candidates preferred.

Experience:

1–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding / Machine Maintenance. Experience in cleanroom, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

Basic knowledge of Injection Moulding machines and moulds. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Knowledge of injection moulding defects and process parameters. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
