What You'll Own ? Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience. Build strong relationships with customers through calls, chats, and Whats App. Resolve concerns with speed, empathy, and ownership. Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to improve the customer experience. Turn feedback into actionable insights that make our product better.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You ? Have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Account Management. Are an exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills. Stay calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments. Believe every customer deserves a five-star experience. Love taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Bonus Points Experience in D2 C, healthcare, wellness, or health-tech. Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
