Hiring: Online IMO (Mathematics Olympiad) Faculty – Grades 7 &amp; 8<br /><p><strong>SOF Olympiad Trainer </strong> is looking for passionate and experienced <strong>Online Mathematics Faculty </strong> to teach <strong>IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) </strong> students of <strong>Grades 7 &amp; 8 </strong>. </p><p><br /></p>Role Overview<p>We are looking for teachers who can simplify concepts, make learning engaging, and help students excel in Olympiad examinations through strong conceptual teaching and effective problem-solving techniques. </p><p><br /></p>Eligibility<ul><li>Active teaching experience in a reputed school (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE or equivalent). </li><li>Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics for Grades 7 &amp; 8. </li><li>Ability to teach beyond the school curriculum with an Olympiad-oriented approach. </li><li>Prior experience teaching students for Olympiads will be given preference. </li><li>Must own and be proficient in using a <strong>pen tablet (Pentab) </strong> for online teaching. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep students actively engaged in live online classes. </li> </ul><li><br /></li>Class Schedule<ul><li>2–3 classes per week </li><li>1-hour sessions </li><li>Evening slots between <strong>6:00 PM and 8:30 PM (IST) </strong> </li> </ul><li><br /></li>Compensation<ul><li><strong>₹800–₹1,000 per hour </strong>, based on teaching experience, subject expertise, and performance in the demo class. </li> </ul><p><br /></p>Selection Process<p>The recruitment process consists of two stages: </p><ol><li>Submission of a <strong>recorded online teaching demo </strong> using a pen tablet. </li><li>A <strong>live online demo class </strong> to assess conceptual clarity, teaching methodology, student engagement, and overall presentation skills. </li> </ol><p><br /></p><p>If you are passionate about teaching and believe you can make a difference in students' learning journey, we'd love to hear from you. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Apply now and become a part of the SOF Olympiad Trainer team! </strong> </p>
