Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Provide administrative and executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day office management. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and closure. Coordinate with internal departments, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and seamless execution of activities. Draft professional correspondence, emails, presentations, reports, and other official documents. Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, institutional events, and leadership engagements. Support the creation and coordination of content for social media platforms. Track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and effective coordination across stakeholders. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Senior Leadership Faculty Staff External: Industry Partners Visitors and Guests Other External Stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Coordination, or a similar role. Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Good understanding of social media platforms and content coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong planning, coordination, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
