Type of Role : Remote and Freelancing.

Role Description US Healthcare/Insurance Professionals who will contribute their domain expertise to improve healthcare-related AI models and data quality.

Expertise needed :

A. Health Insurance / Utilization Management Expert Payer Benefit Determination, Prior Auth Review, Prior Auth & Appeals PrepUS payer operations, benefits/eligibility, deductibles/copays/coinsurance, formularies, medical necessity, prior authorization, CMS NCD/LCD, commercial payer policies.

B. Physician / Advanced Clinical Practitioner : Prior Auth Review, Prior Auth & Appeals, Medical Record Synthesis, Discharge Summary, Triage, In-Basket, Pre-Visit Prep, Referral TriageMD/DO preferred; alternatively experienced NP/PA depending on task. Strong chart review, clinical reasoning, medical necessity, triage and care pathways. Ideally US clinical experience

C. Registered Nurse / Clinical Documentation Expert Medical Record Synthesis, Discharge Summary, Shift Handoff, Triage, In-Basket, Pre-Visit Prep, Referral Triage RN with inpatient/outpatient experience, chart review, medication reconciliation, I-PASS/handoff, discharge workflows, triage and EHR documentation

D. Clinical Pharmacist / Medication Safety Expert Medication Safety Review; supports Payer Benefits & AppealsPharmD/RPh; drug-drug interactions, contraindications, allergies, formulary tiers, generic alternatives, Beers Criteria, FDA warnings/recalls, RxNorm

E. Certified Medical Coder / Revenue Cycle Expert CPT/HCPCS & E/M Coding, Claims Denial Appeal PrepCPC/CCS/CCS-P or equivalent; CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, E/M guidelines, claim denials, CARC/RARC, EDI 835, medical necessity and payer rules

F. Health Informatics / EHR Data Expert Medical Record Synthesis and technically structured datasets across most skillsFHIR, C-CDA, HL7, EHR data structures, terminology standards such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD-10; ability to interpret structured clinical records

Qualifications

• US Healthcare and Medicine background : Candidates should possess knowledge in US medicine and general healthcare practices, with experience in clinical or insurance-related environments
• Alternatively strong experience with US Based Health Insurance company will be needed.
• Communication and Training: Strong communication skills and experience in training or educating others on healthcare processes, documentation, or insurance procedures.
• Relevant Experience and Education: Prior work in US healthcare, medical billing, insurance claims, or utilization review; coursework or degrees in health sciences, nursing, public health, or related fields are advantageous.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Ability to work with digital tools, follow detailed annotation guidelines, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work Style: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, managing part-time hours, and handling sensitive healthcare information in compliance with privacy standards.
