Roles and Responsibilities Area Head -HotPerson should have experience in Large flat glass project/ production. Preferred solar glass exp with good knowledge of BH, Furnace, rolling, annealing & cutting TeamReporting to - Lead Production Responsible for Raw material, batch house, furnace, rolling machine, annealing, cutting and packing of annealed glassWill handle following1. Man Management and department KPIs2. Achieve targeted goal for production yield and energy for annealed glass 3. Production planning and control 4. Inventory control of RM & Spares 5. OPEX budgeting and control 6. Improvement plans and execution 7. Setup of new green field flat glass project
