Job SummarySTAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant on behalf of our client in Oak Brook, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), including SAP S/4HANA, finance process ownership, and enterprise financial operations. This role involves supporting critical finance processes, managing system changes, and ensuring smooth financial close activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support SAP Finance and Controlling processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and financial closing.Manage and support SAP changes, ensuring appropriate review, testing, and approval before production deployment.Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change control, and implementation activities.Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP FICO functionality to meet business requirements.Support Controlling processes, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers.Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures and controls.Required Qualifications8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and RISE with SAP.Strong knowledge of FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Closing Cockpit.Experience with CO modules, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers.Knowledge of the ACDOCA Universal Journal.Experience leading UAT, managing change control, and supporting production releases.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, onsite three days per week and up to five days during testing periods.Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer products manufacturing or a regulated industry.Experience serving as a Finance Process Owner.Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and enterprise finance operations. xzbcwsv Application InstructionsInterested candidates may submit their updated resume highlighting relevant SAP FICO experience, key accomplishments, and project responsibilities for consideration.
