Module:- Finance, Sales and Distribution (SnD), CNC, CSMS and MFG

Location:- Pan India

Exp:- 3 to 5 Yrs, 5 to 8 Yrs, and 8 to 12 yrs

Np:- 0 to 60 days

Mandate skills:- 1 Implementation End to ENd in any of the modules.

JD

Sales and Distribution

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales Distribution modules
• Handle incident management problem resolution and change requests
• Support core processes such as
• oSales Order Management
• oInventory Management
• oShipping Delivery
• oPricing and Discounts
• oBilling and Invoicing
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements in JDE
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Maintain documentation for all support activities
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures
• Support integration points with Finance Procurement and Manufacturing modules
• Participate in testing and deployment for fixes and enhancements
• Oracle Certification would be big plus
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Ready to work in Shift and SLA based environment.

Manufacturing

• Candidate should have good understanding of Advance warehouse modulewarehouse management within JDE
• Candidate should have good working experience with third party Integration process with JDE
• Candidate should be well adverse with JDE citizen feature Form extension Orchestration watchlist UDO Notification
• Candidate should have working exposure of License plate configuration and support in JDE modules
• Experience in Oracle JDE Manufacturing implementation Upgrade Enhancement and application management production support
• Solution design Configuration Integrated testing End user Training experience in MultiSite Production Planning MRPDRP
• Product Data Management Shop Floor Manufacturing Accounting for manufacturing mode ATOMTO
• Candidate Should be well adverse with JDE core master data setup and its functionality
• Added advantage if Candidate is exposed to scanning application integrated with JDE
• Candidate has some exposure ASNDESADV Purchase Order EDI
